Water....We all need it, we all have it, but we don't all have it the same. Personally, I can't stand nasty tap water, it taste like it came out of a swimming pool. Worst of all, people drink it! I did a little experiment at home the other day. I was testing my pool for pH and chlorine and decided to also test the tap water. I was mortified to see a chlorine content of 1.5 and a high pH reading of 8. I then tested some bottled water, it came out clean, 0 chlorine and balanced pH, 7.3. I finally tested water from the Brita, the results were the same as bottle water. I let my family see the results and my wife never let our children drink from the faucet again! This Brita is like any other, but this one is bigger and has a filter meter on top. These things are pretty cheap too, about $25 for the Britta and $15 for three filters, enough to last 6 months. For you coffee makers out there, use only this water and you thank me. The coffee tastes much better. Use it for cooking, but whatever you do, don't ever use tap water for other than bathing or washing your car. Then of course, if you live in Hawaii, you don't need this. Their tap water is even better than most bottled water. So stop wasting your money on bottled water and get a Brita, or don't and drink chlorine infested tap water!
