The board comes in 4 colors for specific food types

RED:   Is for raw meat

Blue:  Seafood

Green:  Vegetables

White:  Cooked foods

Each board has illustrations on the tabs to serve as a reminder as to which type of food should be used for the cutting board.  The boards are made from polypropylene and is dishwasher safe.  The concept is to prevent the cross contamination of different foods that you chop up as you prepare your meals.  The design is also very cool and really caught my eye and I am sure it will catch some eyes sitting on your kitchen counter.

The only challenge I noticed with the cutting boards is that they are quite small but then again, not everyone uses larger sized cutting boards.  Also, the feel of the boards seem as though they would suffer from some cuts from good knives, so if you are into the visually pleasing versus true regular use cutting board, then this hip and cool looking chopping gadget is for you.

Below is a link for such an item, but I have never used it yet.  The concept is really cool but be aware of the pot size dimensions before plopping this gadget or buying it.

I am sure many of us had wished one time or another to have something that will automatically stir for us while we tend to our other dishes.

If anyone has used this, please do leave a comment for the rest of us to know if it is worth buying and using.  I will buy one probably for a review on the "Kitchen Gear" eMagazine.
