I ORDERED TWO OF THESE STIRS….EVEN UPGRADED TO MULTISPEED ONES AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM….AND THIS WAS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS?
I have the same situation…ordered off a t.v. add with a credit card. Didn’t upgrade and I suppose at this point I’m glad of that. How can we find the company from which we ordered?
