What is a Knork? Well, I am sure you have heard of a spork- which is combination of a spoon and fork. A knork is, you guessed it, a knife and fork combo. My first thought was, OK... cool idea, but wondered if the utensil would cut your mouth when you eat? I learned that the knork's edge is not razor sharp or serrated so it won't cut your mouth when using these utensils. So how does it cut? You use a rocking motion instead of a slicing to "cut" your food. A finger platform is designed into the knork to leverage and allow the user to handle and control the knork to cut. A great invention and most people who use it, usually use these daily. It is a great tool to use during BBQ's or at parties where you are standing and holding a plate with one hand and the knork on the other. I would suggest trying a set and decide for yourself if these unique utensils are for you.
